One goal of the Omega Gents Beautillion Program is to facilitate the personal growth of the young men chosen to participate in the program. Our goal is to focus on developing young leaders who understand how to interact in any social situation, with people of all ages. Through participation in life skills workshops, etiquette and self-esteem courses, educational awareness and community building activities, our program participants will develop into young men who are prepared to meet the challenge of today’ s society. This is a priceless asset, and the experiences, counsel, values and standards that are part of a young man’ s participation in the Beautillion Program fosters an awareness and proficiency that will be of value for a lifetime.
